Store credit terms & conditions

TrueStart Credit is offered to eligible customers on qualifying purchases made through our website. By earning or redeeming store credit, you agree to these terms.

1. Earning store credit

  • Customers will earn store credit at a flat rate of 2% on eligible orders placed on the TrueStart Coffee website.
  • Store credit may be earned on both one-off purchases and subscription orders.
  • Store credit is calculated on the order value after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and any other excluded items are not eligible for store credit unless otherwise stated.

2. Redeeming store credit

  • Store credit can be redeemed against eligible purchases made on the TrueStart Coffee website.
  • Store credit may be used on all products, unless a specific product or promotion is stated as excluded.
  • Store credit does not apply automatically at checkout. Customers must choose to redeem available credit where this option is provided.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or sold.

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders are eligible to earn store credit in the same way as standard one-off orders.
  • Any store credit earned through subscriptions will be added to the customer’s account balance and can be redeemed on a future order.
  • Store credit earned through subscription orders will not automatically discount future subscription renewals unless expressly stated by TrueStart Coffee.

4. Returns, refunds and cancellations


  • If an order is cancelled or refunded, any store credit earned from that order may be removed or adjusted accordingly.
  • If store credit has already been used on an order that is later refunded, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the credit redeemed.
  • TrueStart Coffee reserves the right to reverse store credit where an order is found to be fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or in breach of these terms.

5. Account requirements

  • Store credit is linked to the customer account used to place the order.
  • Customers may need to be logged into their account to view, earn, or redeem store credit.
  • Store credit cannot be combined across multiple customer accounts.

6. Expiry

  • Store credit will remain valid unless otherwise stated.
  • Any unused credit remaining after the expiry period will be removed from the customer’s account.

7. General

  • Store credit is a promotional benefit offered at the discretion of TrueStart Coffee and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time.
  • TrueStart Coffee reserves the right to refuse, remove, or adjust store credit where misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
