- 1 banana
- 1/4 honeydew melon
- 3/4 teaspoon of ginger (or more to taste, you can also use fresh!)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (Nigel's preference is chocolate)
- A cup of cold TrueStart Coffee (2 scoops / sachets)
1. BUNG IN THE BLENDER
Even the most timid of blenders can cope with these super soft ingredients.
2. WHIZZ IT UP
30 seconds and you're done.
3. SMASH YOUR WORKOUT
