My friend Tristan has come up with a brilliant concept: Oatvernights. Yep, you guessed it. Oats, left overnight. Boosted with TrueStart of course. Amazingly tasty and hands down the best breakfast to wake up to with no effort in the morning. In his own words, here's Tristan's unbelievably straight forward guide to making them yourself.
1. GRAB A BOWL
I use a superman one. Pour in a large pile of oats.
2. SQUEEZE & SCOOP
Add a decent squeeze of honey, a handful of raisins and a handful of mixed nuts (they're cheap at the moment thanks to Christmas). Add two scoops of your favourite Performance Coffee plus a large slug of milk. Stir it all up and place in the fridge (probably covered with some cling film).
By the morning you've got a lovely coffee-flavour caffeine-boosted plump juicy raisined and nutty healthy bowl of porridge. You can microwave it if you want, but I don't. Because I don't have a microwave. So I eat it cold and it's still lovely. And it's called Oatvernights.
