- 2 scoops/sachets of TrueStart Performance Coffee
- 100g (half cup) almond flour
- Tablespoon pea protein isolate
- Teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 large egg
- 150ml almond milk
- Handful of blueberries
- A pinch natural baking powder
- Full fat organic & grass fed cow yoghurt
- Organic nut butter
Mix the almond flour, pea protein, egg, almond milk, baking powder and TrueStart Coffee together well, a quick blast in the blender will speed this up. Then add your blueberries and chia seeds (you don't want these to get chopped up in the blender)
60 seconds in the frying pan and you're done. I use a little bit of coconut oil...

Top your stack with the organic yoghurt, nut butter and cinnamon... yum doesn't cover it!
