It turns out he's been onto something. It tastes amazing, looks amazing and is the absolute best drink to have pre-training or during race prep; 95mg of natural caffeine and 400mg natural nitrate.
The good news is, it couldn't be simpler to make your own...
1. TRUESTART ESPRESSO
Mix a scoop or sachet of TrueStart Coffee with a shot of hot water.
2. FROTHY ALMOND MILK
Lactose free so easy on your tummy, you can either heat your almond milk in a pan or pop it in the microwave, either way it'll get nice and frothy!
3. ADD THE PINK
Your little silver bottle of goodness - 70ml of Beet It Sport - is what you need. You don't need to heat this.
This isn't actually critical, so don't worry if you don't have a blender. A quick stir will do the job and taste just as great, even if it's a bit less frothy!
