Some time ago my brother gave me an awesome healthy treats recipe book by SNOG. It has a brilliant, super simple frozen yoghurt recipe in, which I've adapted to make THE most delicious TrueStart Froyo! It just has 4 ingredients and you don't even need an ice cream maker.
- 720ml natural Greek yoghurt
- 360ml organic low-fat milk (I use semi-skimmed)
- 120ml agave nectar
- 4 scoops / sachets TrueStart Performance Coffee
Whisk together the milk and TrueStart Coffee until it turns into a nice milky cold coffee (a few seconds will do it - even with a spoon). Then whisk together the coffee milk, yoghurt and agave nectar. Pour the mixture into a freezer-proof container, put the lid on and place in the freezer. After about 45 minutes check the mixture. As it starts to freeze around the edges beat vigorously with a fork, whisk, electric hand mixer or spatula to break up the ice crystals. Repeat periodically until the mixture is frozen, usually about 3 hours.
